George Papakostas
George Papakostas is a highly sought-after real estate professional in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. With a passion for guiding clients in the right direction and a solid background in mortgage finance coupled with expert negotiating skills, George is well-equipped to provide exceptional service to his clients. As a lifelong area resident, George has particular expertise in real estate investment property, having personally purchased, improved, and resold many properties while managing up to ten properties simultaneously. Besides viewing a property from an investor's or broker's perspective, George understands the emotional connection that makes a house a home. His unique expertise helps each client find exceptional real estate values.
With more than eleven years of experience in the real estate and mortgage lending fields, George P, as he is often called, has assisted various property buyers and sellers, including first-timers, seniors, clients in financial distress, high net-worth clients, and area real estate investors. George's in-depth understanding of local real estate values and potential benefits every client. Moreover, he guides his clients expertly through the financing process, utilizing his intimate knowledge of the mortgage industry until the deal is done to everyone's satisfaction.
While George studied business and international relations in college, he honed his professional skills as a Partner and Director of Sales for a real estate lending company. Growing that business from one employee to over 40, he found a natural transition to real estate sales. Clients appreciate his ability to expertly analyze conditions to make informed decisions, his calm demeanor in stressful situations, and his unwavering commitment to integrity.
George P is a world traveler who speaks Greek fluently. In his leisure time, he coaches youth sports and actively supports international child-care organizations like World Vision.

Russell Wickham
Russell’s vast experience in architecture and real estate makes him one of the more talented researchers and advisors in the real estate industry across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast region. With a degree in architectural design, his understanding allows him to connect with each client through design and research to best advise them on their real estate journey. His attention to detail and passion for client care regardless of its sales and acquisitions for developers or a first-time home buyer, his focus is clients first. This makes him one of the most sought-after architecture and real estate advisors in the region.
Russell has worked in the DMV area for over 20yrs. Born in Takoma Park, MD and raised in the Washington, DC area. Russell grew up in a family with a construction background, his father & grandfather were both construction workers and contractors who built libraries throughout Maryland. Russell’s love for Architecture & Real Estate has always been a passion. Upon graduating high school Russell’s dream was placed on hold as he set out in the world of sales to help provide for his family. After years of building & molding his craft, people skills, and having many successes, Russell reset his focus back in architecture and real estate at The Catholic University of America. Upon graduating Catholic University of America (Washington, DC), Russell has continued to work & live for the love of architecture through multiple channels of real estate, while pushing the envelope on design, space, and the experience great architecture can provide.
